Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality books and stationery. If you face any issues, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Returns

• • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
• • Books once used or written in are not eligible for return.
• • For approved returns, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days

Refund

• • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
• • Refunds are processed through the original payment method (PhonePe).
• • It may take 5–6 working days for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account after approval.
• • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
